Sound Of Love

As a new dawn appears and my eyes wipe clear
I see all that was fear, was completely unreal. 
As I grasp at the past and with time moving fast 
I realize no pain ever could last.
No pain was ever real, no pain we couldn’t deal 
It was all ever an ordeal we mistook for a steal.
We thought it so heavy but light it was indeed and this notion is the seed 
That will allow that which did bleed to finally concede. 
To finally make whole what was taking a toll. 
To finally make right what kept us up at night. 
To finally ensnare the sounds mixed with air 
That vibrates our hearts like the sound of a snare. 
Finally, I’m aware. 
I'm aware of a truth that was lost like a tooth.
I'm aware of a dream that I thought was everything 
I'm aware of my grace which has taken the place of guilt and denial 
Though it has taken a while, I am floating back home. 
Moments too close to the sun, I have gone for some fun
A nod to my freedom and a bow to my humility. 
What else could it be but a moment of divine agility.
A divinity based in math and science 
One that shines on defiance
For rules can never be broken but bent and for this, we are lent
A moment in time, a flash in the mind
Of the greater creator, not savior or taker
But the great waker of nature.

I am the unburdened man
Without strive or demand I stand firm in my acceptance. 
No need for repentance, I accept me for what I am.
The man with no plan who thinks he can, despite all he sees. 
I pray not on my knees but in becoming like trees,
bending with life’s breeze.
Sailing while hailing for the ocean to show itself. 
I have felt such storms and thorns in the flat of my feet.
My heart’s beat is but a reminder that we are just sounds that can hear themselves. 
We are visions that can see themselves.
We are not the divisions that have come to define our time 
We are fine.
The line between destiny and dreams exist only in the means by which you surrender.
I remember.
I recall an early fall when I thought all was lost
The irony is the cost of salvation is damnation.
The cost of true freedom is bondage.
For you know not one without intimately knowing the other.
Like an eternal brother, forever tethered to one another.
You find your truth by exploring it’s reflection
The path is plagued with deception so be open to course corrections.
Be open to changing directions when evaluating intentions 
For that is the  only compass that works. 
Your intention is the needle that will guide you home.
Be sure to roam on your way to the throne,
For your true home is in the journey.
And your gift is in the learning.
Release all the yearning.
And find the grace inside you burning.
