This Isochronic Tones track (mixed with a relaxing gentle rain soundtrack) starts at Hz 7.0 and slowly cycles down to Hz 6.3 over the space of an hour, carrying on at Hz 6.3 to cycle back up to Hz 7.00 taking another hour. 

You don't need to use earbuds or headphones to listen to Isochrochronic tones but for the best results, I would recommend that you do!
