Episode 144 | Do The Thing You're MOST AFRAID To Do

I was going to wait until next week to post this episode, but my intuition is pulling me to post it today (get that reference? 😉), so today it is!

I've recently come across this trend on TikTok about people posting videos and comments about "unaliving" themselves, which is certainly hard to see from a spiritual perspective, but even more so as a human being with a beating heart.

Is there a collective understanding that the world has (and will continue) to go to shit? Yes. I know this because I've tapped into it *often* in my energetic sessions.

So yes, there may be some triggers in this episode if you're currently struggling with your mental health—I want to be upfront about that. But my intention in recording this episode is pure. As you may well know, I'm all about perspective shifts, realizing that our thoughts nor our emotions are actually "us", and that we hold so much more power than we realize. This physical, human experience isn't always an easy one, but it IS WORTH IT. And that's what I really want to talk about today... the WHY.

Episode 147 | Why Being ALIVE Is Still WORTH IT

Today's episode is geared more towards the writers and creatives out there because we're talking all about PERFECTIONISM. As someone with a South Node in Virgo (helllooo, details), I know what it's like to get so caught up in my own impossible standards that I never actually share my work, but just keep tweaking it and reworking it. The result? Art that cannot serve anyone because I'm keeping it from being seen in the first place.

This was a mindset I had to completely rewire when I started self-publishing. And that was back in 2015. I knew, deep down, that my first book would be completely different than my tenth in overall style, voice, structure, and flow... and it was the realization that that was a *GOOD* thing that ultimately had me pull the trigger on my indie author journey.

There's a single question that's really blown my view of "perfection" wide open, and that's what I'm sharing with you today. I hope that if you also struggle with severe self-criticism and impossible standards (that *you've* set), this episode will help you come to terms with why your work is more than enough AS IS and why it's ready to be received by the world.

Episode 154 | Rewrite Your Life Narrative This Aquarius Season

In light of recent world events, I felt called this morning to record an episode around the power that we all have to cultivate inner peace, even when the state of the world feels like it's in shambles. This doesn't mean turning a blind eye to what's happening or "ignoring" the suffering in the world... it simply means recognizing that we have the choice to choose resilience, strength, compassion, and love over fear, separation, and divisiveness ☮️

In a lot of ways, our fear shows us where we can do better -- how DEEPLY we desire to want to do better -- not only as individuals, but collectively, as the human race. We can hold space for ALL emotions: sadness, grief, anger, hope, connection, love 🕊 Please know that it is safe to feel whatever you're feeling.

I hope this episode serves as a warm hug, a chat with a close spiritual friend, or just provides a bit of relief from those ruminating thoughts, even for just a few minutes 🙏

Pluto's officially moved out of the sign of Capricorn where it's been stationed for the past 16 years, giving the cardinal signs (Aries, Cancer, Libra, and Capricorn) some much needed relief after a long period of karmic lessons. As of November 2024, Pluto has moved into the sign of Aquarius where it will be stationed until 2043.
