Relentless weekends full of dancing with friends in fields and taking over festival stages I've had the privilege of closing some of my favourite parties and this eclectic mix sums up the sonic feeling this summer has left me.

This mix is full of Dub drenched chords, beautifully awkward to blend broken beats, ground shaking techno and bass music. A wide range of BPM’s and drum patterns because a mix full of straight 4/4s wouldn’t be true to how i’ve been having it this summer.

Inspired by the likes of Kerri Chandler and the Chicago house sound, Innerkey later delved deeper into the realm of basic channel dub techno, finding a balance between the two styles that defines their signature sound. As a resident DJ for Ymuno and a regular at smaller, need-to-know parties, Innerkey has established themselves as a formidable force in the world of electronic music. In addition to their work as a DJ, Innerkey has also made a name for themselves as a producer, with releases on the esteemed Bristol-based label Dawn State and a series of self-released Bandcamp pieces. With a deep love for all things electronic and a commitment to pushing the boundaries of the genre, Innerkey is an exciting and innovative artist that true followers of the scene should get to know better.
