G Mills exquisitely finesses his flexibility as a producer of depth on this six track EP produced in house at the Inner Ocean Studio in May of 2019.  The Brooklyn based maestro dazzles with his talent and intuitive playfulness whether effortlessly banging out the signature swing on his beats, melting ivory with sensual chord play or rattling you to the bone with buttery bass lines . Did we mention he can chop a sample too? Like an Iron chef G Mills chops and flips tracks into unique new compositions beyond recognition. With tracks like “Shape Shifting Bill Murray” and “Pygmy Jerboa” no title is too obscure, no sound is off limits. Talent, creativity, humour and humility define him as one of the most promising beat makers around today.

Inner Ocean Records is a platform and collective for emerging artists to release music and visual art. Based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, the label was conceptualized in 2012 as a vehicle for artists to have their music heard and seen, to build a community of passionate people.
