Also, I wanna say I think this attitude can be really counterproductive: "this is the best possible thing i can come up with. if people don't like this, i'm not worthy of calling myself a musician." How many tracks have you made? What are the odds that the first thing you produce, no matter how much time you put into it, would be perfect?

I'd encourage you to keep making sick stuff like this, and don't be too precious about it. Not everything needs to be perfect. If you make 10 songs even with the goal of being "pretty good", you'll probably end up with better work than if you bang your head against the wall trying to make one "perfect" track. And you'll be happier! Anyway, this is good stuff and I hope to see more.
