This is a beta Chinese VB that uses the Hr.j reclist and i think it works quite well in open utau.

So way back when like 3 or 4 years ago when i had KAITO's V1 and it actually worked i made an UTAU port of his voicebank because V1 was really difficult to use, so i got a list together and got all of the needed voice clips and then never got around to doing anything with it ever. So it sat on my macbook's HDD for like 4 years until i found it today in my old utau folder and OTO'd him fully. 
No i will not be giving him out to anyone since it's against the rules to even port them to utau at all. but i thought i would put something up to show how nice he sounded in utau.

So I wanted to do something with sai's unreleased VB's, CLEAR & DARK
They both are VCV i just never got around to getting them oto'd and did not include them with his 1.0 of rePAX. 

But with the new update he's getting it will be included along with new art and such! 

The clear VB is meant to be a mediator voice between Flare and Natural. Since those two sounds have a hard time flowing freely between each other, So i recorded Clear to help make the melding process better? But like most if not all of sai's Voice types it has a different kind of accent and annunciation it's more of a thick japanese with soft consonant sounds, his He sound is more of an E instead.
