GERD - VOILA

Gerd drops "WAKANDA"; a musical masterpiece inspired by the Hollywood Marvel blockbuster 'Black Panther'. Wakanda is depicted as a jungle, which the developed world would deem as developing, when in reality Wakanda is more technically and spiritually advanced than the so-called developed world. 

Gerd's "WAKANDA" is a reflection of this narrative, relaying the message of appreciation and thanksgiving to Thee Creator for life itself, regardless of the hardships we may suffer or how bad things may appear to look, hence the tag line "Everything's good even when it looks bad". 

This is a reminder to All, to dive deep within and enter the rest of Thee Creator and dwell in their inner 'WAKANDA', a place spiritually advanced that supersedes the physical realm that we know as the world.

After 15 years plus, GERD releases his debut Album

The :Anomaly.

An Anomaly, according to the Oxford English dictionary, is something that deviates from what is standard, normal, or expected 😉

After releasing so many songs as a collective, starting with ITN, to Cons?iracy, then DMD, GERD eventually ended up embarking on releasing a project that sets the foundation of my faith and walk.

Although music is used predominantly for entertainment in this day and age, it’s origin is routed in praise & worship, and education. 

As a believer of Thee most High YAHOUA, GERD choose to route his music in truth to edify the people.

GERD had many setbacks creating this body of work, with many people attempting to sway the narrative (unknowingly) by trying to make him conform to the industry standard of entertainment, party & bullshit 😂
But as a man of direction and purpose GERD chose to stay aligned with Thee Truth, whilst still giving a good balance of entertainment embedded within the sound 🎶 

There will be many more projects to come with the upbeat sound, but my foundation must be set upon the rock 🪨 🙌 HalleluYAH 🙌

11th August 2016 is 7 years since GERD buried his Grandma 👵  this project was released 7 years later, on the same day 🙂

R.I.P Aina Kraus, it is well with your spirit 🌬️
