The initial passage of RoP into existence took place with its members scattered between Ljubljana and Rotterdam. Naturally, we consider them both home turf, and a healthy and frequent cultural exchange between the two as the honorary objective. The foundation stone in the frequency of Eardrop 02 is at last laid by our good friend Yutte, a seasoned ‘nultien’ selector and a co-founder of Enter the System crew, existing in the cross-section of music, photography, and cinema. OG Cast 02 - Ljo

Alexander Francis is a vinyl enthusiast and dj who’s been part of the Brussels club music landscape for over a decade. Two years ago he decided to concentrate on what he loves best: playing deep, quirky sounds designed for intimate dancefloors, and renamed himself francis99 to mark the turning point. Inspired by the rich and diverse Brussels scene, his style echoes years of listening to a wide variety of musical styles, digging and playing records with friends at parties or during all-night home sessions.
After having hosted the Beyond club nights at Fuse with Pierre, Handless Dj and Walrus, you can now find francis99 on Kiosk Radio, at C12 or playing alongside his pals from Basic Moves.
While clubs are still closed as we wait for the waves of covid-19 to break, this bright mix pays homage to some of francis99’s all-time favourites, shares recent findings and showcases newer music from both local and international friends.
