We are very proud to confirm the release date and full tracklisting for the debut album from Maztek. Three Point Zero will be arriving on 15th December!

Based around the concept that we as a species have come to a point in our own evolution where man, machine and spirituality have all merged together, Maztek’s aptly named ThreePointZero explores the relationship between the real and the cyber world.

Featuring an array of well-chosen collaborations of both vocalists and producers alike – such as Dutch hip hop crew Dope D.O.D, Hardware / Virus’s BTK, Viper’s Insideinfo, Ram’s Audio, Italian new blood Disprove and vocalist MC Coppa. Maztek has created a cogent and extremely innovative long player that once again proves why DnB will never die.

2014 stands as a defining moment for the RAM Records imprint. It was nighttime again. The girl hated nighttime, for its ability to warp even the most innocuous of shapes into sinister forms was the bane of her fragile psyche. As dusk fell and her family trundled off to sleep, she found herself drifting into the same familiar cycle of psychosis, wherein she would find not the rest and respite which others gained from sleep but rather a fight for survival against the forces of her mind. Knowing this, the girl sighed, and set to her vigil against the dark. It was always the same no matter what she did. She would stay up long into the morning’s early hours, under the blessing of electric light until the same useless body that catalyzed her anxious fears began to falter under the weight of passing time, demanding that she submit to the machinations of her own horrific mind. In turning off the lights, she would enter into a second phase, one perhaps most sinister of all, in which the objects of the house sprang to life in the umbral depths of night.

Herein moved shadows with impossible forms, at once standing out from and blending into the darkness that was their home. Try as she might, the girl could not make sense of them, and attempts to do so only seemed to multiply their numbers. They had never harmed her… yet, but she wondered if it was only her utmost devotion to watching their movements that kept them at bay. Worse yet was the fact that sleep would grab hold of her soon, making her vulnerable, easy prey. With lethargic frenzy she would attempt to maintain her watch, following their forms as her eyes closed further and further shut, sliding into the final phase of the night wherein she knew she maintained no control. She feared what awaited her there, the nightmares, the horrors, her worst anxieties on longest held fears brought into a facsimile of reality where she was but a helpless target of their terror. The terrors had not hurt her physically, it was true, but as the girl slipped hopelessly into unconsciousness, she wondered at the NEGATIVE THOUGHTS that she would soon face. Perhaps this had been the shadow’s intent all along. Perhaps, unwittingly, she had already become their prey.

TEDDY KILLERZ return to EATBRAIN for their first release of 2020 with the latest EP forged of their horror influenced neurofunk sound. The latest in a series of collaborations between EATBRAIN and TEDDY KILLERZ that stretches back to the label’s very beginnings, the trio once again take position at the fore of the EATBRAIN horde as they bring their all out psycho-sonic assault to EATBRAIN listeners worldwide.

A single moment passed in silence before the view of silicone eyes, underneath which a mechanical being partook in an organic substance, taking a drag of her cigarette there within that soundless void. Though it did not produce the same biological reaction in her as it did in humans, the action possessed a certain juneau sais quoi, an attitude that she delighted in performing even at a moment like this. With her inhale, she briefly considered disabling her pain sensors. With her exhale, she clung to the humanity they brought her. Instead, she chose to fire her left tear duct, letting a single bead of moisture hang like fresh dew at the corner of her eye. Would they find her and reassemble her? She wondered at the thought, but hoped not. The city before her had been her world, and now before her it disappeared.

The shockwave tore through her body in an instant, traveling at a speed not slowed even by the durable alloys of which her skeleton was composed. She felt wire after wire detach, disconnecting the circuits that fed information to the high speed processor that served as her brain. There went her hair, her right leg, her ring finger and the ring it bore. In the instant that she was dismantled by the blast she pondered how the humans felt at this exact moment, or if their brains were too slow to process what was occurring to them. Her skull detached from her faceplate, and with the remaining voltage her brain experienced one final thought. “So this is what it feels like to die”.

EATBRAIN powerhouse MNDSCP debuts his latest work on the label with his SLICER EP, a name that portends well to the expertly honed sonics that lie within. Following his previous EP “Plot Hole” on the label, MNDSCP continues to augment the EATBRAIN horde with an array of sonic cybernetic enhancements, all powered by the mind of the machine behind SLICER.
