Urban Chemistry Recordings is pleased to announce our next release, Inside Man "Transmission / Smiling Faces". Hailing from West London UK and already known worldwide for his amazing work with the Vibration Records crew. We are very pleased to have Inside Man as a part of the Urban Chemistry Recordings family. The title track "Transmissions" has a very deep vibe with solid drums from measure one. Heavy bass lines and solid drums set the tone for a distinct growl of melodic offerings. This song is guaranteed to satisfy in the club and perfect for radio play. The B-side of this UCR release is titled "Smiling Faces" , and sets the tone for this single. From the start of the intro you will find the synths and soulful blues vocals drawing you in close. The drums kick in with full confidence and distinct style

Somewhere near the intersection of liquid funk and atmospheric/dub tech, you'll find the artist called Insideman. Firmly tethered to the techno and ambient textures of late-1990's deep drum-n-bass, but with an eye on breakbeat futurism, his sound is both a spectre from the past and a vision for what could be; breaking through as a DJ on London’s vibrant pirate radio scene in the late 90s, he quickly became a fixture in the club and warehouse rave scene in Southern England before establishing shows on Bassdrive and Point Blank FM (and now fully licensed on DAB Radio). Those shows still thrive, a testament to his consummate skills as a selector. But more importantly, his own extensive catalogue of releases on a myriad of labels such as Influence Records, Locked Up Music, Flight Pattern, Default Recordings, Omni Music, Onward Music, Beats In Mind,  Soul Deep Recordings, FX 909 Music, Sub-Label, Think Deep, Liquid Brilliants, and Deconstructed, transform his sets into extensions of his singular sonic vision, which continues to grow and evolve.
