Miguel Argüello, or simply Argüello, has been catching ears like crazy since signing with RKJ Music last year. The Columbian-born, Los Angeles-based up-and-comer is absolutely on fire as he continues to forge an impressive array of genre-dismissing originals, edits and remixes. Today, he returns to his RKJ home base to drop his latest single, “Platonic Love.” Resting on the chiller end of the dance music spectrum, the track is an emotionally charged affair that boasts somber piano melodies, despondent violin phrases, and deeply moving vocal lines. Raw and heart-rending, Argüello inflicts real-life feelings onto the dancefloor here.
