This tune and the Movember collabs are prime examples of how to make intricate electronic music. Most people add fancy effects without any context to add texture to the song, but truly inspiring songs such as this one creates harmony out of chaos. It lets every single note and chorus it has to offer loose, and in doing so, creates a distinguishable melody within the noise.

Roger Wilco returns to Upscale with yet another take on his own incredibly unique style. Window Cat manages to blend a vast array of genres almost effortlessly, proving how capable Wilco is of a diverse but still tied together sound. Displaying an impressive level of production, the sound design, synth work, percussion and mixdown in this track come together to create a sound and aesthetic unlike anything you've heard before. Smooth, tasteful, heavy and bizarre, Window Cat pulls you into a space that is truly its own. Not surprisingly, Roger Wilco has hit the nail on the head yet again with this release.

After sitting on this piece of music for years, I think I'm finally able to consider it finished. I began writing this piece shortly after coming home from a 16 day trip to Guatemala in the winter of 2014 - 2015, It's heavily inspired by my experiences at Semuc Champey, where the photo in the cover art was taken. Shouts out to all the people who have heard this track way to many times over Skype, and who have endured the billions of versions of rewrites, and re-mixdowns this track has been through.
