Dan Guidance continues to build an impressive catalog of songs, and the “Rhythm of Life EP” is another journey into his creative world.  

The release kicks off with the hypnotic sounds of “The Rhythm of Life,” which features the co-production skills of Aleyum.  The song is highlighted by steady ticking drums, Reverse keys, edgy mid basslines, and a mesmerizing synth loop that the listener to lose themselves in.   “Overcome,” is up next and drifts along with its chirping xylophone-sounding keys, snapping drums, edgy sustained basslines, and ethereal vocals.  “The Nocturnal City,” is up next and catches a vibe that reminds the listener of a smooth Jazz club offering, blended with Drum & Bass beats.  The artist lays down the wicked piano chords and blends them perfectly with a smooth saxophone riff, and a stand-up bass sound that will make the floor shake.  “Vibration Station,” rounds things out in style with its echoing guitars, airy pads, snappy drums, and gritty basslines.  Dan Guidance continues to make a name for himself in the production scene.  The Rhythm of Life EP will further expose the listeners to the magical production skills that he possesses. We get the new year off to a fine start with a return for Offworld veteran InTaKe with some delicious new beats.
Title track Forever sets the mood for the ep and is a solid dark edged stepper with off beat bass and mid stabs peppered with catchy vocal hooks and a sweet drop.
Chase continues the vibe with stepping drums ,filtered vocals which open up, memorable synth hooks and mid stabs.
My Mind has a laid back deep house vibe with deep sub, rasping wubs, vocal bites and otherworldly atmospheres.
Closing out the ep we have the The Way You Move - a brooding stepper with tense atmospheres, great melodies and vocals.

Having released his highly anticipated ‘Zen’ EP earlier in 2020 on Hospital Records, Unglued continues his explosive ascension with a jaw-breaking four-track follow up: ‘Total XTC’. With roots cemented in jungle, breaks and hardcore, Unglued injects his signature bassline badness into each tearout track, topped with euphoric classic house samples in the title track ‘Total XTC’, to hair-raising vocals from Truthos Mufasa in ‘War Dance’ featuring Whiney.

Total XTC fires us through a prism of late 80s nostalgia with pitched-up soulful vocal samples from Charvoni’s feel-good classic house groover ‘Always There’. Dreamy pads and playful vintage notes set the scene. Soothingly sustained vocals swim over raw, metallic, jungle-infused drums that introduce the sub-destroying drop.
