It is that version of you
that reality desperately yearns for
that is what we call your Unique Self.

But your Unique Self needs to be aroused."

Invitation to "Seduce Thyself: the New Delphic Oracle" -  with Dr. Marc Gafni

For many years, we've been talking about the great movement from homo armor to Homo Amor.

And together with my beloved Kristina, we've gone through a very deep process of de-armoring — if we can borrow that word from Wilhelm Reich. 

De-armoring: stripping off the armor that encloses, encases, and shuts down the heart, and accessing the throbbing, pulsing, living aliveness, the Eros of Reality that lives uniquely in me, as me and through me. The irreducibly unique expression of the One Heart, the One Love.

The One is called in the original Hebrew "achad" and "achad" means both One and "yichud": singular. 

I am a singular irreducibly unique expression of intimacy and Eros, of the One Heart. My heartbreak is unique. And unlike any other, no two broken hearts ever feel the same.

The journey is to expand my heart, to widen my heart, to let my heart break, not into depression, but into joy. My heart breaks into song, even as I'm filled with yearning, with longing, with desire, with need.

The journey of the heart, the movement from homo armor to Homo Amor is when I learn, when I practice, when I cultivate, when I dance my heart to open wider and wider, to ever greater and wider circles of intimacy. When I can feel more and more,

— I can feel more and more of my own split-off parts.
— I can feel more and more of the people that I've split off. 

And I move from the song of the egocentric heart to the song of the tribal heart, to the song of the world-heart (every human being), to the song of Cosmos: every galaxy, every animal, every blade of grass — evolution herself.

And in all of these songs, I feel unimaginable joy and also unimaginable heartbreak. And my heartbreak is the yearning, my heartbreak is the inconsolable longing, and heartbreak is to overcome the depths of separation.

This is the movement from homo armor to Homo Amor that we'll talk about today, and it's a key dimension of the new story of value in response to the meta-crisis.
