Hunter “BaRS Flint” Persails is a multi-talented creative and professional with deep roots in Flint’s cultural and community landscape. A seasoned mechanic with over a decade of hands-on expertise, Hunter has also carved out a respected reputation as a local artist, DJ, and recording engineer. His music has reached more than 500,000 streams worldwide across platforms like Apple Music, SoundCloud, and Spotify, while his work behind the camera has resulted in over 1,000 hours of filmed and edited content.

Beyond his artistry, Hunter has become a trusted collaborator in Flint’s nonprofit and civic communities. He has partnered with a wide range of organizations—including What’s Up Downtown Project (Jerin Sage), Flint Innovative Solutions, Keeping Tabs (Jonathan McKay), and local hospitals alongside the McKay Family—and worked directly with project supervisors, local politicians, and law enforcement. His community involvement has connected him with figures such as Sheriff Chris Swanson, Mayor Sheldon Neeley, Damon Ross, Jeff Skigh, and many other local leaders and artists.

Hunter’s work bridges art, community, and business. He has collaborated with respected local companies and organizations including Duquette’s Garage, Top of the Line Entertainment, ShotbyFreddy, BB Brakes, Phasma Entertainment, and Flint Autoworld, among others.
