One Year After Hurricane Helene

The place was moving—big low-end, deep atmospherics, precise breaks, and soaring female vocals all night. I built the set like a story of pushing forward after that day a year ago. Before handing things over to DLX, I played Higher Sense – Cold Fresh Air—one of my absolute favorites that matched the cool foggy night outside and stood in sharp contrast to the chaos of the storm a year ago.

Duburban and Peeb open the release with Route 1, 8 minutes of pure dubbed out militant choppage and science.

We continue the dubwise journey with Prophet, welcoming Krugah to the label. This collaboration with Peeb leans even further into the dub and roots influence.

On the flip side label head Pixl teams up with Champa B for more amen science and sub bass pressure in the form of Chalice Dub.

Finally we have the release being closed off with Telepathy by Duburban and Krugah, bringing oldschool pads mixed with hectic drumfunk beats and edits.
