British artist Dax J has gone from pirate radios, to internationally acclaimed headliner, his unyielding passion and attention to high-end sound production has placed him at the forefront of the global scene, and established him as a singular presence within modern dance music. As a DJ, he is known for his unwavering energy and long dark journeys, Dax played a 10hr set at his last performance at Bassiani. His taste and devotion for syncopated rhythms befits an irregular path, carved from a road marking origins in jungle, acid, industrial and straight up classic techno. To shape modern-day sound while paying homage to the old days. An ethos that has always been at the core of Frenzy as a community, event organizer, and record label. Through this second VA release, Frenzy seeks to extend its exploration of the ‘now’ and the ‘then’ with a double vinyl release with no less than 12 tracks representing their trademark sound. Buckle up - it’s time to step into the time machine of speed and light.

The vibey A-side starts with a bang by the dynamic Swiss/Italian duo Funk Assault (Chlär & Alarico) followed by uplifting, lighthearted productions by Amsterdam’s finest Undivulged and Lobster. On the B-side, local talent Levzon kicks it off with a playful melody-led groover, while Nicolas Vogler gets into the rhythmic drums and Ruiz OSC1 delivers an aquatic dub workout.

Heavyweight TWR72 introduces the C-side in full effect with a hypnotic, driving tension builder, followed by a wonky looped-out production by Hemka. Insolate is the perfect final addition to this side with a steady minimalist puncher for the in-between energy shifts. The D-side takes off at stellar speed with Cravo, raising the peak hour pressure. Jannik Abfalg channels the energy to more bright scenery as ANNĒ completes the record in style with a vocal-induced trip through early morning dancefloor freshness.

To go full circle, the release is accompanied by four digital-only bonus tracks by none other than Antic Soul, Edvvin, JSPRV35, and Hyden. Productions balance in-between stripped-down rhythms and heavy-duty rollers, showcasing what Frenzy is all about. The full digital album comes for free with the purchase of the vinyl release.

SERA J., also known as Dimitrios Serasidis, is a musician, techno composer, and DJ hailing from Thessaloniki, Greece.

Deeply inspired by the Detroit techno legacy, SERA J.’s sound is a dynamic fusion of driving basslines, high-energy grooves, and intricate, captivating details. With standout releases on renowned labels such as Mutual Rytm, Life in Patterns, and Projekts, he has firmly established himself on the global music stage. His tracks have earned widespread support from leading artists worldwide, frequently charting and making their way into countless DJ sets. 
This recognition has positioned him as one of Greece's most promising techno exports.

Recently, SERA J. has been channeling his creative energy into a forward- thinking live set, showcasing explosive, futuristic soundscapes.

With over 12 years of experience behind the decks, he has shared stages with some of the world’s most celebrated artists. Today, SERA J. tours internationally, performing at esteemed clubs and festivals such as RSO, Dreaming Festival, Under Club, Fridas Pier, Lofi, and PIP, among others.

Looking ahead, his trajectory remains bright, with several exciting EPs already scheduled for release later this year.

For SERA J., music is more than just sound—it’s a state of mind, a medium for interaction, inspiration, and boundless creation. His unwavering passion drives him ever upward, carving a path as a distinctive and innovative voice in the techno scene.
