This originally was recorded live at Free Motion Ecstatic Dance in Boulder on February 6th, 2017. I've since added and edited layers to make it be a nice morning meditation for you all to enjoy :)  
It's in the key of C so it corresponds with the root chakra, and features live nature recordings I captured in Mexico, and Israel. Also you will hear clips of the Muslim call for prayer and Jewish Davening (praying) as a statement of peace and unification. We are human beings experiencing life second by second. No reason to draw lines between one another when we can all be celebrated as individuals and a collective. For the maximum effect it's recommended to listen on headphones while being comfortable (lying or sitting) and make sure to drink plenty of water so your body can integrate and adjust to those frequencies with more ease and grace.

This sound journey is part of a series of collaborative recordings that we did with our brother Ceibo @user-114450654 during our time in Nosara, Costa Rica in Jan. 2021.

"The Perfect 5th" contains crystal bowls that are tuned to the interval of the perfect fith (tone C and G) which allows our bodies to attune to it's natural state of perfection and balance. To enhance the harmonization and relaxation effect we infused this sound journey with field recordings of nature, solfeggio frequencies, a drone playing in 528 Hz (which is a frequency that directly communicates with our DNA and cellular structure) and the instruments are tuned to the natural harmonic tuning of 432Hz.

May this journey help you relax, calm down your nervous system, release fear and anxiety as well as support you  to reconnect with the earth and your innate wisdom to receive personal inner guidance in those times of great shifts and transformation.
