Following her stellar contribution to our Street Bangers Factory series in 2022, we are now proudly announcing @marskasei 's new EP on Moveltraxx. The Bay Area based DJ, Producer and Vocalist shares the EP opener 'Cosmic Love', a Footwork influenced synth heavy bass banger we instantly fell in love with. Mars hosts an event series 'Club Triste' highlighting DJs from the local and global underground. Mars has played alongside legends such as Addison Groove, DJ Manny, Regal 86 & DJ Noir. She also worked with Qrion on their Anjunadeep release. Track 2 co-produced by Nikes. Tracks 1 & 3 mixed by DJ Earl. Mastered at Precise.

DJ.MC is a producer/DJ from the south side of Chicago. He got into music and dancing through the Chicago Bud Billiken parade as a child and joined the South Shore Drill dance team, marching to Ghetto House.  He started producing after hearing a mixtape by DJ Gant-Man who mentored him bonding with the footwork dance Clique Goon Squad. He appeared on Planet Mu's 'Bang & Works' compilation, released an EP on Hyperdub and did his first Moveltraxx appearance earlier this year in the 'Let Me See Your Footwork 3' project alongside DJ Manny, Jana Rush and DJ Earl. We are thrilled to release his new 5 tracks EP that encompass everything we love about the genre while showcasing MC's unique style and including a collaboration with chitown legend DJ Chip.
