Madloch's Crossfade Sounds welcomes Dott. Santafeo to the label for his debut artist album. Hailing from Italy, Leonardo Patrizi aka Dott. Santafeo is a DJ, producer, live performer and sound designer. Perhaps best known for his deep and dubby take on techno, the Civita Castellana resident has never been an artist bound by traditional genre classifications, having freely experimented with many different forms of electronic music along the way. Having first emerged in 2020 with an EP via Organica Sound, Dott. Santafeo was then quickly regarded for his dubbed out beats, glacial designs and evolving atmospheric storyboards. Projects for Apnea Label, ChessBoard Music, Sense Label, Zero Signal Records and more followed across the next calendar year, further establishing Dott as a rising talent. Also a highly regarded DJ, the Italian has been a fixture of his country's nightlife for the last decade, delighting crowds at some of the country's trendiest venues, while still choosing vinyl as the primary means to translate his message to the dance floor. Having gotten 2022 underway with a well-received return to Sense Label, Dott. Santafeo now embarks on the biggest and most anticipated project of his career, as he unveils his debut artist album ‘Basileo Regolo Re Di Biss' via Madloch's Crossfade Sounds.
