International Tourist are both new and old, departing and arriving, relentless in their live energy and the accumulation of frequent flyer points. Alexandra and Joshua of Melbourne’s world music dance band Hello Tut Tut have snuck off again, this time teaming up with Max Mannequin, producer, DJ and ringleader of Ungus Ungus Ungus, to form a tasty new trio that will actually melt the dancefloor.


Max Mannequin first collaborated with Hello Tut Tut at their album launch at the Gasometer Hotel, featuring as a special guest on the track Rosie. Since then, he has given Rosie the time and space to dance around his outlandish mind. Max's appetite for sonic adventure really comes out in this newly released remix as he augments the live essence of Hello Tut Tut with sneering synth basslines and effervescent beats to push their Eastern European gypsy swing sound in a new direction.

The quirky 3-piece plug the music of Hello Tut Tut into a massive sound system and bring a party that’s inspired by sounds of the balkan, klezmer and gypsy traditions… only injected with world beat, latin and electronic rhythms.
