International Affairs is a New York city based quintet. Their sound can best be described as indie/pop rock. Their infectious melodies bounce along over jagged guitar work, elements of noise and post-punk textures while a throbbing bass and pounding drums anchor things down. Filling out the cracks are Beatlesque piano, surfy organs and Brian Eno like synths to create a sound you've never heard before but you'll want to hear more and more.
