With Sonic Search, we present an ambitious project, released across four volumes to highlight each track and fully develop the concept. The compilation forges bridges between artists who, at first glance, seem worlds apart, setting singular universes into dialogue until they converge into a common wave, fragile yet furious, luminous yet abyssal.
From ambient to trance, jungle to techno, the tracks reveal unexpected correspondences between light and shadow, organic and mineral, science and mysticism. Each voice finds its place in this unstable trajectory, driven by a single quest: to push listening to its limits and explore the richness of sonic languages.

There’s something unpredictable about Pralaya. One moment she’s behind a piano chasing chord progressions that could score a love scene, and the next she’s twisting those same harmonies into syncopated 160 bass chaos. Based in Saint Petersburg, this classically trained musician fell down the rabbit hole of footwork — and instead of keeping it academic, she got her hands dirty, producing, sampling, and even trying out the moves herself (turns out it’s way harder than it looks).

Her EP Are You Ready? marks the first on the digital release series on SDR, and it couldn’t be a better way to start. The project feels like a love letter to rhythm itself — soulful, funky, and unpredictable in all the right ways. Some tracks carry that hip-hop swagger, flashes of attitude that nod to her love for the genre, while others lean into R&B warmth and Chicago grit with Northern cold vibes.

Each track deserves a full listen: there’s no filler here, just groove experiments stitched together by feel and instinct. To close things off, Fourtwenty Sound comes in swinging with a hyper-jungle flip that turns the EP inside out without losing its soul.

The 17th 00effort release sees k:i:o:s:k and Undrwght carving out space between introspective IDM and club-ready intensity. Wobbling low-end flows beneath poignant atmospheres, and charismatic leads shimmer against mutant breaks. k:i:o:s:k's rigid polyrhythms melt into Undrwght's swinging grooves and together they crack open to reveal a glowing, elemental, shape-shifting magical force.

"Obsidiana" serves as a metaphor here: a volcanic glass, which mirrors the moment when two realities touch. Inside an open portal, this connection forms music that breathes heat, hardens into shape, then fractures and scatters into new ground.

Undrwght is a DJ and prolific producer based in Mexico, who offers a fresh individual take on latin club music and is known for numerous collaborations with producers from his region.
His music appeared on labels such as Lowers (Mexico), Close Friends (Mexico), Postworld (Thailand), Gone Baby (USA), Cuntry Club (France), NoFutureBerlin (Germany), Traaampaaa (Colombia).

k:i:o:s:k is a DJ and producer based in Poland, who's dedicated to bridging the gap between club music and experimental sound. They run 00effort, a platform focused on genre-bending electronic music produced mostly by artists from Central Europe.
