Porog presents VA – Portal. The debut release brings together Siberian artists from the liminal space known as Tyumen, spanning a wide spectrum of genres — from ambient and drone to IDM and breakbeat.

Set between the cliffs of the Urals and the blizzards of Siberia, between a promised future and a fading past, between the silence of the pine forest and the noise of city life, the album absorbs these extremes and merges them into a singular form.

Porog is a threshold — a state of superposition where every possibility is valid. The first step across it leads into the Portal — the first phase of initiation and transformation.
