From the Corn Capital of the Midwestern United States with a passion born on the dance floor, driven by a relentless passion for rhythm and movement, Plars is a force in Lincoln’s underground scene, known for delivering high-energy, groove-infused techno sets that push dance floors into a hypnotic frenzy. Specializing in hardgroove techno, Plars crafts seamless, dynamic journeys—blending deep, rolling basslines with sharp, percussive intensity to create a sound that is both raw and infectious.

With a meticulous approach to DJing, Plars curates each set with precision, and with the dance floor in mind. Inspired by DJs and Producers from Europe, Australia, Russia, Latin America, and underground culture, his sets are constantly evolving between deep, driving rhythms to explosive, peak-time madness, always keeping the crowd engaged and in motion.

Plars has been Djing professionally for two years in an area dominated by bass heavy dance music, but in that time has had the unique pleasure of pioneering the genre of hardgroove techno in the Lincoln area. He’s the only hardgroove DJ to take on the biggest EDM stage in Lincoln, at The Royal Grove. Beyond the decks, Plars is a passionate organizer of underground events, pushing the Lincoln, Nebraska electronic scene forward with immersive, high-energy events that capture the true essence of underground music. Their events, such as The Warehouse Project, and Witches Bitches, are designed to cultivate an air of mystery and exclusivity—offering an unparalleled experience for those seeking a deeper connection to the music and other people.

With a commitment to pushing boundaries and an ear tuned for high-impact selections, Plars isn’t just mixing tracks—He’s shaping moments, creating a space where raw energy and relentless groove collide.
