Adding their modern big band flavour to first-wave, old-school Jamaican ska, Interskalactic have brought this infectious music that first exploded worldwide with celebrations of Jamaican independence in the ‘60s back into the live music scene of today! 

Interskalactic are no strangers to having their audience dancing for two hours straight and still calling for more! Their upbeat set features covers from classic ska artists including The Skatalites, Byron Lee & the Dragonaires and Prince Buster, combined with their ska-ified versions of popular hits from the last few decades and more recently with their own original compositions! 

Recent stellar live performances include: 
• RTÉ́’s The Late Late Show
• Electric Picnic, Body&Soul, Cork Jazz Festivals
• Opened for Madness M.A.D.H.E.A.D. Tour in Ireland’s largest indoor venues 3Arena Dublin and The Odyssey Arena Belfast
• performances in prestigious venues Vicar Street and Whelans and at countless festivals, events, parties and venues all over the country. 

With some original material due for release later this year, Interskalactic are set to stay on this trajectory throughout 2016 and beyond!
