Rare Jungle Breaks Vol.2 takes the legacy of the first volume and pushes it further, serving up a fresh arsenal of classic-inspired breaks and textures for the modern jungle producer. Inside you’ll find 75 breaks, ranging from 165-175bpm, each dripping with authenticity – from dusty, rolling grooves to fierce, chopped-up rhythms ready to ignite any track. For even more flexibility, the pack also includes 16 top loops and 10 percussion loops, giving you the tools to layer, chop, and reimagine rhythms with ease. 

Included is also a bonus folder with the demo sounds including heavy bass loops, moody chords, melodic stabs and FX to add space, depth, and movement to your productions.

This EP is the result of a long-standing creative exchange between ArpXP and Was A Be – a process that unfolded over the years in a spontaneous, unstructured way, capturing the spirit of the moment rather than following a rigid plan.

These tracks are not the pair’s first collaborations; the two artists have been close friends for many years. Each piece was born in different circumstances and under different inspirations, but they evolved gradually, reshaped and fine-tuned through countless tests on the dancefloor.

ArpXP is among the first Italian DJs and producers to break into the international drum & bass circuit. Since the early 2000s, first with his project S.M.O.K.E. and later as a solo artist, he has released on iconic imprints such as Metalheadz and many more. He is also one of the driving forces behind the renowned SUNANDBASS Festival, where he curates the label SUNANDBASS Recordings.

Was A Be, meanwhile, has established himself as one of the most influential figures in the Italian scene. Known for his eclectic and boundary-pushing style, he has released music on some of the most respected labels in the game, including Subtitles, Critical, Shogun, Gutterfunk and Neosignal.
