Arcturius is a Drum & Bass Producer and DJ from Amsterdam, The Netherlands. Only a few months behind the decks, Arcturius has recently won the opening set of the Basshaven DJ Contest 2023 and supported The Outsiders in their headlining act. Her unique EatBrain DJ Contest mix "EXIT THE MATRIX" is currently listed as one of the 25 Best DJ Contest entry mixes. Label partner, Twelve Step Audio, rolls through with a menacing mix for this month’s episode of Inter-Cellar. Inter-Cellar 016 || Twelve Step Audio

Senchai started his musical career back in 2017, spinning tunes in his local club in St. Pölten, Austria.
Inspired by artists like Skeptical, Alix Perez and Monty, he soon started producing deep, dark and minimal Drum and Bass music amongst other genres.

Now based in Berlin, the artist made his debut Release on Delta 9 Recordings in 2022, leading to releases on various other labels and his first international shows in Germany, Portugal and Austria this year.

The year is 2077. Society has collapsed under the control of a brutal dictatorship. The UK is a military state and all uprisings are suppressed. But one last bastion of resistance remains…through a network of squat raves and free parties…the Night Ravers Control The Underground.

‘The Night Ravers’ is the first release on Codename: RCRDS, the new label from Southampton-based jungle, 160 and atmospheric crew Codename: Amen. The release and label channel the energy of the 90’s rave era, pushing the sound forward into exciting new directions for 2023.

Moakz’s original mix marks a movement away from his previous atmospheric and jazz jungle releases, and towards his hardcore roots. Now complemented by storming remixes from the incredible RAVETRX (HooverSound, forthcoming Club Glow), and the release closes out with the superbly talented NonRev and rising star Cold Leader delivering innovative reworks, with this EP provides a marker of intent for the label and collective artists.

Future releases on Codename: RCRDS will continue to mine the Jungle / Hardcore / 160 and Atmospheric continuums, via a series of various artist releases commencing from May 2023.
