Since their conception, CT-based Funk/Soul band West End Blend has been playing their version of Funk and Soul in venues all over the Northeast and beyond. Fronted by vocalist Erica T. Bryan, the band pays homage to classic throwback sounds while adding their own distinct vibe and flair. Behind her, the Blend packs two guitars, a two-piece horn section, bass, keyboards and drums onto stages every night. From humble beginnings in an epic and sweaty basement dance party, The Blend’s goal has always been to bring that same atmosphere to their shows ever since.

West End Blend has shared the stage with Charles Bradley, Turkuaz, members of Snarky Puppy and Lettuce, Break Science, Kung Fu, Twiddle, Sister Sparrow & the Dirty Birds, The Nth Power, The Motet and countless others Jam/Funk staples. Their horns have also been featured as special guests with bands such as Dopapod, Pigeons Playing Ping Pong, Twiddle, TAUK and more. Fresh off his recent release on our brother record label @PuzzleProjectsMusic with his superb Disco-Funk Remix of ‘WHEN U COMIN BACK’ by @JackyMalMusic, the wildly prolific DJ, producer and label boss of the excellent @Hot-Gorilla-Records drops a killer guest mix for us.  

A vastly and impressively experienced selector, Andy has performed shows across Europe at clubs and festivals alongside some of the finest acts in the world including; Fatboy Slim, Calvin Harris, Basement Jaxx, Groove Armada, Dr Packer, Cypress Hill and many more.  

As a producer, Andy Buchan has become one of the most consistent names in the disco and edit scene for the past few years with numerous chart-topping releases on countless excellent European record labels including his own imprint which has also regularly tops the charts across leading download and streaming platforms.  

His music has been supported by the likes of Bicep, Claptone, Horse Meat Disco, Peggy Gou, Rinse FM and countless more.
