On the evening of August 27, 2022 the @warningberlin crew invited me to play the opening set of that evening at the tent of ://about.blank. The party had already been going for a day and I was the first one after the Trancesetters of Westphalia, who played a powerful Acid/Trance-liveset in the garden.
First I was a bit torn between the option to completely reset the vibe or to play the set backwards, moving from 110 bpm downwards. But I decided for the reset, which proved to be the right decision three hours later.
Compared to the other sets to be found on this channel, it's way slower than usual - starting with Jazz, field recordings and then ranging from 75 to 100 bpm.

Done with Ableton Live 11.1.6, a Novation LaunchControl XL, and these tracks, of which there are quite some loops, which glue this whole thing together:

Her performances create an environment that welcomes an eclectic audience from all over the city, regardless if she’s playing at a local club or an institution like Spybar. Patrixia‘s influences come from Giallo movies, darkwave, and acid techno. They are apparent in her taste in techno tracks that incorporate anything from synthesizers to industrial drums.

"I started off this mix with my current favorite release of the summer--it's a remix of the classic Fast Eddie track, "Acid Thunder." As I progressed through the mix, I felt urged to go hard and heavy. I end it with tracks that make you want to bounce around in a crowded, sweaty club in the early morning hours. I miss seeing people lose their minds to massive tracks, and I can't wait until we can do it again."
