This 145bpm mix is part of my "Afterhours" series. Afterhours mixes tend to be late night sessions where I've randomly jumped on the decks, hit record and played around with often newly acquired music to see what happens. They're more raw and unpolished compared to other sets and are also mixed purely in headphones.

This set is very groovy with high energy and features many tracks that fit the "Gravitational Groove/Gravitational Techno" sound I'm curating and LOVING! Hope you enjoy.

El proyecto se estableció el año pasado y se basa en una amplia gama de influencias e ideas absorbidas a lo largo de sus años de formación operando dentro de la escena techno de Tbilisi en constante expansión y ecléctica.
Su sonido puede describirse como una mezcla emotiva e hipnótica de influencias que fusionan elementos de la música corporal, el post-punk, el rave y el techno. 
Melodías tristes se tejen dentro de los ritmos pulsantes creando un nuevo contraste de emoción contra su programación de batería destructiva.

Knife presents Cyan ID, the techno project of young Georgian Producer and DJ Giorgi Bekurashvili. 
The project was established last year and draws from a wide array of influences and ideas absorbed through his formative years operating within the ever expanding and eclectic Tbilisi techno scene. 
His sound can be described as an emotive and hypnotic blend of influences fusing elements from body music, post-punk, rave and aggravated techno. 
Mournful melodies weave within the pulsating rhythms creating a fresh contrast of emotion against his destructive drum programming.
