welcome to episode 2 of “in the (k)now" - all about culture conformity. What is culture conformity? I coined this phrase to summarize the act of conforming to the current societal trends and norms. In this episode, we discuss this notion broadly and then I introduce you to my new segment called “tribe and truth” - where you will get to meet my close friends (tribe) and we will chat some truth. This is a special one - a message about the importance of not discrediting yourself. When I first started this series, I was the first person to discredit myself… it is human nature. But have some self-compassion - have an awareness of when you use qualifiers or don’t accept credit where it is due. Change how you view you and others will too!

I have completed a lot of school.* However, while an avid believer in education, I don’t  believe that degrees define who we are and that each of us can and should strive to “become” the best version of ourselves rather than just exist in “being”. Overall, I am dedicated to contributing to "in the (k)now" and advocating a lifestyle laced with adventure, integrity, and curiosity. I love travelling, fashion, and being with family and friends.
