This is the recording of my set for this years edition of the UNITY SPACE FESTIVAL which took place at the magical Maltiox Garden in Tzununa, Lake Atitlan in Guatemala. I played on Valentines day so many of the tracks are based around the theme of love and heart opening. It was a very special experience and the energy was filled with love, joy and bliss and I hope that you will feel this energy and that the music will uplift and elevate your spirit. Deep gratitude to Vangelis and the whole team of UNITY SPACE for putting all the love, effort and energy into making the vision a reality.

"Rising Inside" – Awakening the Inner Flow

Deep within the body, beyond the realm of flesh and bone, exists an intricate network of energy—the nadis, the pathways through which prana, the vital force, flows. Rising Inside is a journey into this subtle architecture, a vibrational activation that resonates with the 285 Hz frequency, a tone deeply connected to cellular regeneration, physical healing, and energetic realignment.

Rooted in the Muladhara chakra—the foundation of our existence—this frequency stirs the depths of our being, awakening the primal essence of life itself. The deep, grounding bass frequencies pulse like the steady heartbeat of the earth, vibrating through the root, anchoring the body in stability and security. Above this, delicate harmonic layers expand outward, mirroring the rising energy through the Sushumna nadi, the central channel of spiritual ascension.

Like the rhythmic dance of Ida and Pingala, the twin serpentine currents that weave through the spine, Rising Inside oscillates between opposing yet complementary forces: the lunar, cooling Ida, and the solar, warming Pingala. These sonic currents spiral around the chakras, guiding the listener toward balance, inviting a deep state of meditative awareness and self-repair.

The textures of this composition move like unseen waves of energy, aligning with the wisdom found in ancient yogic texts—where sound is not only vibration but also the very fabric of creation. It is said that each chakra is a spinning wheel, a gateway between physical and subtle realms. As the tones of Rising Inside unfold, they gently massage these energy centers, dissolving stagnation and encouraging flow, just as breath and intention guide the kundalini upward, toward expanded consciousness.

This is more than music; it is a resonant field, a sonic alchemy that nurtures both body and soul. It is the sound of awakening from within, of healing, of remembering that energy moves in spirals, and that life itself is a vibration seeking harmony.
