Bochum based artist Aleeks combines percussion driven grooves with deep chords and driving baselines heavily influenced by the early 2000s Techno era. With releases on ARTS, Oktogon and Rave Your Soul he steadily gains recognition in the scene for his energetic sound.

For this mix he combines percussion heavy tracks from artists like Hardcell, Robert Natus, Player and 1morning with his own unreleased productions pushing a melodic yet driving sound to capture the listener.

Johnny Greig

Johnny Greig is a Glasgow born vinyl DJ blending the tribal sounds of early 2000s techno with the precision of modern cuts. Influenced by Freddy K, Phara and Tarkno to name a few fellow vinyl enthusiasts, his sets dive deep into hypnotic grooves, driving percussion, and no nonsense energy. All spun strictly on wax. 

In this mix Johnny utilises his vinyl-only approach digging deep into his record bag to showcase the high quality of modern day productions. Starting deep and hypnotic the mix progressively transitions into the tribal side of techno with the BPM carefully rising. Chris Hayes is an Irish born, Melbourne based DJ,Producer & Event Organiser who has been mastering the craft of electronic music for almost a decade.

His music portrays a style that guides the dancefloor through an experience of hypnosis and tension while also keeping a groove focused approach dancing between old and newer rhythms.

He is no stranger to the scene with shows in clubs around Melbourne, while also running events with his brand Ownsound. 

The approach for this mix was to blend abstract textures and build up tension throughout a deep and hypnotic journey.
