Apaixonado por música desde a infância o paulistano FGON (AKA Fábio Gonçalves ou DJ FGON) cresceu em uma família que respirava música aos finais de semana. Essa é provavelmente a semente mais forte plantada em sua alma.
Aos 13 anos de idade já era residente em um dos clubes mais icônicos de São Paulo: FLASH. Sua natural busca e descoberta de músicas (novas ou clássicas) seria uma forte base para o aprimoramento de sua técnica. Durante os 15 anos que seguiram muitas casas e públicos o receberam, entre eles Paradise, Times,  Nepal e Free Pass como residente. Em outras, como convidado, com destaque para Warrior, Soundfactory Columbia, Excalibur e algumas outras.
Após um hiato de 10 anos longe da música, voltou a pesquisar e tocar em Brasília, capital federal. Foi curador de projetos e residente de lugares como IN THE BAR e LA RUBIA CAFÉ, e também passou a tocar em festas como PicNick, Festival COMA, Boogie e SOM+AR. Em 2018 fez tour por Londres e Nova Iorque para levar seu som e seus  remixes de música brasileira. Suas produções fazem parte do repertório de muitos dj's pelo mundo que tocam músicas da cultura brasileira em seus sets.
É difícil definir um estilo para um pesquisador e adorador da música. Talvez (mas apenas talvez) transicional seja justo para defini-lo. Seus sets podem ter uma vertente ou diversas dependendo do local, da atmosfera e do tempo do set. Mas em geral suas misturas possuem Afro Brasilidades, World Music, House e Disco Music, Downtempo, Música Orgânica, Étnica e Folclórica.
Fascinated by music since childhood, DJ FGON (AKA Fábio Gonçalves) grew up in a family that breathed music on weekends. This is probably the strongest seed planted deep in your soul.
At the age of 13 he was already dj in one of the most iconic clubs in São Paulo: FLASH. His natural search and discovery of music (new or classic) would be a strong basis for the improvement of his technique. During the 15 years he played in many venues, among them Paradise, Times, Nepal and Free Pass like resident DJ. In others, as guest DJ, highlighting Warrior, Soundfactory, Columbia, Excalibur and others.
After 10 years away from music, he returned to research and play in Brasilia, federal capital. He was a project curator and resident of venues like In The Bar and La Rubia Café, and also started playing at parties such as  PicNick, Festival COMA, Boogie and
 SOM+AR. In 2018 he made his own tour to London and New York to bring his sound and remixes of Brazilian music. Their productions are part of the set of many DJ's around the world that play songs of Brazilian culture.
It is difficult to define a style for a music researcher and worshiper. Maybe (but only maybe) transitional is fair to define it. Your sets may have a strand genre or several depending on the location, the atmosphere and time of the set. But in general have a mix of Afro Brasilities, World Music, Disco Music and House Music, Downtempo, Organic Music, Ethnic and Folklore.

Its a incredible song from this incredible contemporany artist. Check her album: Um Corpo No Mundo. It worth every minute. A lot of afro brazilian influences on it.
My version brings therhythm called Maculele. Its a style and dance that exist since slave times. And it has a strong link with Capoeira. And this percussion is heavy used in Baile Funk music. 

Dessa vez eu faço uma versão da BAnho do Folhas da incrivel Lueji Luna. Usei percussões do Maculele baiano. Estilo que o Funk Carioca usa muito. O Maculele tem suas raizes na época dos escravos e é uma dança e música que é muito ligada a Capoeira.
