Looking back in my library for my most played songs. This dates back to when I was quite a young lad,  and tried to put together a playlist and mix things up as much as I could...Long time coming. The mix involves house tracks, deep house,Indie, Regge, pop, rap & Hip - Hop and a Jazz track or two.i I'll Speed it up and ill slow it down. I don't usually express like this, and I don't really mix on decks anymore either, but this took every part of me and got quite involved, bite me yea. My Mackbooks and Surface Pro's, MPCX, Studiolive32s,  Pioneer DDJ-SX3, Yamaha Motif XF6, Roland TD11, Maschine mk3 and Gigitone Elektro, with over 100 tracks. The Mix is full, So Blessed.

I am Trying something a little different here...My remix of Eggnarok's "Down" is a lively fusion of African and Carabian influenced styles I begin the song with a soaring synth that evokes the excitement of Downtown and setting the tone for a funky vibe ahead. As the tempo decreases, I add more percussive aspects to the sound, giving it warmth and dept to the overall track.I play around with bass and percussion parts as the song develops to make motions and give the vibes a darker edge with bright vocals. These elements, paired with the guitars and vocal samples, reflect Eggnarok's personal musical style and vision, resulting in a distinct audio experience that resonates.

Drawing on Eggnarok's influences, I use afro vocal samples, which provide layers of texture and groove to the mix. These vocals, along with uplifting chord progressions and fascinating melodies, create an addictive energy that keeps the listener engaged from start to finish, hopefully.

In addition to the vocal samples and synths, I incorporate some guitars, adding funky riffs and rhythmic fills that enhance the track's vibe. These guitar elements add a sense of nostalgia and vitality to the mix, boosting the overall feel of the remix.

Overall, I believe my remix of "Down" fully reflects Eggnarok's description. It's a tune that transcends moods, enticing listeners to lose themselves in its captivating rhythm and upbeat melody. It's a celebration of love, bliss, and the enduring attraction of African and Caribbean music, and I'm really excited to share it.

Although I do not limit myself to a specific genre, I tend to produce alternative and hip-hop vibes with infusions and influence. Like to experiment with different styles and sounds and depending on the subject, but music and sound is key for me..
