Andrey Zhavoronkov from Nizhny Novgorod is the driving force behind the project Deep Lark, already well known to the fans of Intricate family due to his previous remixes of «Bad Bee» by August Rush and «Gimme» by Sebastian Weikum. Today Andrey is ready to present the final version of his first original track with a self-explanatory title «Like It More & More». And there is a reason to «like it». The original production, on the one hand, is full of intriguing vocal samples, long-lasting breakdowns and some other hard-to-describe sounds; on the other hand, in between of these moments of imaginary tranquility, you are in the middle of a tough and edged beat plus a lucid melody saturnalia. Because of this dual unity of quality production and commercial potential, the label team decided to add an original radio edit – the previous experience of radio rotations of Intricate Records was successful in many regards, that is why «Like It More & More» will also be available as a special ringtone. In addition to that, the abroad partners of Intricate have done a solid job. The Finnish producer Jesse Oliver added some Nordic majesty and depth to the original version in his remix while Sebastian Weikum from Poland has chosen Intricate Cuts as a launching platform for his new alter-ego The Vehicle – Sebastian added some graceful elements of Deep House to his interpretation of the original.

Ilnaz Tarkhanov, better known on the scene as Cramp, is the second producer to release a full-length, full-featured artist album on Intricate Records. The longplay is entitled «That's How We Roll» and will be a debut album in Cramp’s discography.

In the past, Ilnaz was a part of various musical unions including Neoblizz, Elastic2Plastic and Ultrashokers. To date, he is a succeed musician with a known name and one of the most talented authors of the Eastern Europe. Numerous releases on leading labels like Flashover, Enhanced, Anjunabeats, Vandit and Armada Music, regular appearances in radio shows including A State Of Trance, Trance Around The World (nowadays – Group Therapy), Global DJ Broadcast and, of course, long-term support from A-league DJs turned Ilnaz into a renown global player. Despite that, he does not boast the glory and still belongs to the type of artists who prefer to do their thing instead of gaining reputation points at every available case.

The collaboration between Cramp and Intricate Records started in the year 2012 with the single «Bombay» and its sequel, an also very sought-after and in-demand production, «2030 A.D.». Furthermore, Cramp made remixes for the label and appeared on the tracklists of Intricate’s signature compilations. At the end of 2014 the label released Cramp’s most successful work to date, the single entitled «The Ghost Town (Invisible)», – it was the forerunner of this Kazan City-based musician.

According to the general idea of the author, the album «That's How We Roll» was intentionally created without any stylistical limitations. In the frames of a longplay Ilnaz decided to reflect the entire creative experience that he gained during the latest five years, each part of the album was carefully crafted to be individual, beautiful, high-spirited and melodic. The album genre could be briefly defined as “progressive”, mostly it’s melodic incorporation: from the calm and experimental «Silent City» and punchy «Heartbeat» to «I Feel You» with a jazzy groove and a trendy processed male voice. At the same time, for example, the track «Rain Fall» shows Cramp constructing bridges to dubstep with its characteristic saw cuts, while in «Buggy Funk» the listeners might trace broken beats and acid motives; the final track of the album, «I.M.O.K.», is a separate Drum ‘n’ Bass entity.

«When there are no stylistical limits set, while one does not have to follow the strictly defined «format» in the epoch of trendy movements, it is much easier to do the creative work – Cramp says. – I consider it to be more fascinating, when this «format» is absent. This fact has psychologically set me free, it let me off the leash and became the main motive to finalize the album and let it be heard, show it to the world».

Intricate Records is proud to release Max Meyer's debut album 'No Exit' – cyberpunk novel masterpiece in the music, delivered by one of the 'man of the moment' producers. 

Inspired by random talks and meetings with random people Max made a complete album stepping out of modern trends, but leaving the space for listener's imagination. From the opening track 'Interlude' to progressive breaks and synthwave anthems mixed with vocals and Max' significant sound.

A friendship is one thing, but continuous development is vitally important. This is why the fellows decided not to take a break at the level of current achievements and grounded their own record label. «By the times someone discovers the points of coincidence with the colleagues not only in terms of business, but also creative sphere – that is always a positive experience! – Unification of musical efforts in frames of one label is our next and by no means unimportant step in creative self-fulfillment».

It is important to mention that the quad is not going to limit the newborn imprint’s catalog only with own productions. Intricate Records is also a promising platform for implementation of creative aspiration of other talented producers who feel themselves on the same wave quite often.

«Right at the moment there is no single record label which coincides with my musical taste and general conception, which I would like to see being embodied. Starting a new imprint with the fellow guys, I’m looking forward to the having the possibility of fulfilling myself as an A&R-manager and making the current musical world at least a little bit better. We are going to collaborate with our friends and associates from around the world. I certainly believe, if such projects are held with well-intentioned mood and built on relations of friendship, there are certain chances to make something special and terminative».
