Ben Soundscape's debut EP is without doubt his most accomplished work to date, featuring four exceptional rhythms sure to destroy any dancefloor. As many will know Ben has been taking to the airwaves during the past few months with his weekly Intrigue livestream, showcasing his trademark sound. Fans of Intrigue will no doubt recognise these tracks from the streams and the clubs before that.

The 'Sentimental Journey' EP takes you on a journey through the intricacies of his production styles, kicking off with the heavy hitting and highly sought-after title track. Crisp, driving beats and atmospheric pads combine with a vocal hook, building to an epic drop with distorted moog and juno bass sounds working together to create the groove.

Following this is the underground jazz anthem 'Whitewine' co-produced with RoyGreen & Protone and featuring the incredible vocal talents of Collette Warren. 

Next is 'Rays', an uplifting and chunky summer roller, then to round off the EP is a brand new highly captivating work entitled 'Take it Down', which was recently completed during lockdown.

Next up on Intrigue Music is an EP from Bristol based Cybin. Now veterans of the drum & bass scene, Cybin have been producing and DJing for over 20 years. Taking influences from dub, jungle, oldskool and minimal drum & bass, Cybin’s sound ranges from break driven jungle rollers to smoother liquid vibes. 

Cybin are the duo behind Lockdown Recordings, which has built a solid reputation over the last decade for nurturing and bringing through new talent to the forefront of drum & bass.

The Shinobi EP has it all, from the deep and deadly title track through to the old skool inspired 'Be Strong' to round things off. A stellar piece of work supported by key tastemakers across the scene.
