Last Christmas as a special gift to all of our supporters and a way to say thank you, we are gave away a free dub pack of 4 killer remixes from the Goldfat back catalogue. After much demand we decided to give them a proper release.

Dustkey joins the Fatfam remixing ‘Evergreen’ by Auris & Sydney and injects some freshness with super funky sliding bass and heavenly keys.

Digital Native flips Athena’s Goldfat classic ‘Take Flight’ into a rib shaking, wall slapping affair we didn’t even know we needed until we heard it.

Auris handles pyxis ‘Lacuna’. Rolling breaks and smooth bass meet pyxis’s sonic dreamscape with ease.

Lastly Leniz reworks Artsea’s ‘When I’m With You’. Nostalgic vibes run deep as Leniz brings out a heavy reese bass and chunky rolling beats. Last tune of the night business!

Veteran mic-controller Richard Twaites, better known as his force-wielding alter ego Visionobi, has been hard at work in the studio for the last 21 months crafting his sought-after debut album. After a bustling 2022 for the British MC, we’re incredibly proud to present the forthcoming fruits of his linguistic labour in the form of the 12-track aural experience that is the ‘Weather The Storm’ LP. The album, the culmination of 25 years of work, boasts a whopping 14 collaborators, featuring some of the game’s most valued and esteemed vocalists and producers. Visionobi’s first foray into the long-player format showcases his talent for both writing and delivery across a whole range of styles and sub-genres from our diverse scene. 

On ‘Bleeding Out’ our protagonist teams up with North Quarter affiliate producer Zero T and soulful-siren Aaliyah Esprit for a notably playful, bouncy cut from the LP. Showcasing definite dedication to the deed, the trio convey an exuberant temper in this head-nodding, soiree-shaker which is sure to light up even the mildest of moods. 

Bleeding Out lands in all good stores on 14th April.

Channeling a little bit of every period of Total Science history into ‘Road Runner’, what comes out is something almost completely new, a special piece of music. It’s got a fresh feel to it, there isn’t anyone else making tunes that sound like this now, or before. And while ‘Fxk That’ comes out a bit more direct and to the point, it’s got that certain flare to it. And it’s got that oof. You need the oof. Or you’re the one missing the point, ya know. Nookie 'Future Forever' [Metalheadz]

Intrigue Music return for their yearly compilation of groundbreaking drum & bass. This year the Bristol clubbing institution celebrates 18 years, and while there can't be a party to celebrate they deliver one of their best albums yet.

The label's now famous yearly compilations have become a shining example of the deeper drum & bass sound. The latest edition continues to push the sound forward, this year paying particular attention to new talent.

Part 1 features Tephra & Kathryn Brenna, Ben Soundscape, Stereotype, Mosaic, R1C0, Accelerated, Bipolar & SMP, Michael E.T. & Halftone and Noctem.

Part 2 follows in April, and includes tracks from Cybin, Lurch, Joakuim and SoulMotion.
