Kon Ding aka Alain Tati has had a passion for the music since his early childhood. Growing up in Paris, Kon Ding’s early passion for music was inspired by his mother, a singer in a gospel group. As a teenager he began to further his musical journey by taking up piano and guitar lessons and thereafter began making music with his friends. 

In 2009 he decided to invest his passion and creative energy into the production of electronic music. He describes himself as a producer who aims to share his passion and focus through the unique and complex rhythms of his productions. Characterised by deep & minimalistic grooves, one is able to feel his African roots through the pulsating beat of his rhythmic productions.
 Kon Ding is currently the owner of Deep Square Records and his highly acclaimed releases have been featured on labels such as Baile Muzik, Alboratory, Diferit Records/Limited, CerSeninin Records and Whoyostro.
