What you are listening to is Introcast 001 by the founder of the label Lorenzo Magnozzi.

Eclectic, multifaceted and hypnotic, this is the slogan with which Lorenzo Magnozzi presents himself.  
For him music is an elementary presupposition necessary for life, an instrument of liberation and love.  
He was born in Pisa, historic Italian city for art, in 1992 and fell in love with electronic music very early listening to the old recordings of the Italian Techno movement of the 90s and he stars making contact with artists such as Ricardo Villalobos, Plastikman, Sven Vath, Underworld , and Luciano.  
Lorenzo took his first steps on dj booth around 2006 at the age of 14 and his passion for music leds him to fall in love early with electronic music, traveling into clubs and festivals around Europe from Frankfurt to Ibiza, from the UK to Netherlands, from Spain to France collecting numerous experiences, vinyl records from all over the world, discovering new places, new people and new sounds.  
His music is ugly to categorize it, it’s an introspection of himself, his tracks are played and supported by many international artists such as Ricardo Villalobos, Seth Troxler, Dana Ruh, Fabio Della Torre, Raresh, Tobi Neumann and Nastia.
Since 2015 has given life to his vinyl and digital label Introspection Recordings, a platform of artists and musicians, a fusion of music and art, a union of all the elements, physical and psychological to create a single identity.
He has also been released on other labels around the world such as the legendary Bosconi Records and Howl Records on which he released with his alias Late Nite Guy.
His DJ sets are the result of a creative and inventive research that can vary from House to Techno through the most diverse sound atmospheres creating environments where reality overcomes imagination.

What you are listening to is Introcast 002 by the DJ and Producer E-dward!, point balance of the label.

After the two singles 'Got It' and 'Close You Eyes' released on vinyl, he signs his first Album ‘A Simple Mistake' on the digital catalog with a dancefloor-killer remix by Federico Grazzini which will be released shortly.

Edoardo Scarpellini aka E-dward! was born in Tuscany in 1988. 
After several years spent playing at local clubs, especially at Kama Kama in Lucca, he gets residency at Re:flex Club in 2008. Within few years, he manages to play the hottest Italian clubs and festivals, such as Cocoricò in Riccione, Spazio 900 in Roma, Tenax and Fortezza da Basso in Florence, Tinì Soundgarden, Ritual (Baja Sardinia), Elita Festival in Milan, Fiesta Privada in Rome, to name a few. 
Thanks to these career-changing experiences, he has the opportunity to share the decks with some of the world’s greatest artists. 
Meanwhile, he embarks on the journey of music production and, in less than five years, he releases three albums, a long series of EPs, and several remixes on highly-respected underground labels such as Bosconi, Stardub and Apparel Music. Ranging from 87 to 130 bpm, his releases feature nuances of multiple genres, from Disco to Techno. 
His tastes are heavily rooted in old-school music, allowing him to reinterpret the sounds of Chicago house and Detroit techno in a modern, unexpected and magnetizing way.

What you are listening to is Introcast 003 by the longtime friend, DJ, Producer and vinyl digger Ale Morelli.

Ale Morelli, born in 1995 and raised in Pisa, has always had a great passion for electronic music and at the age of 16 he begins to buy his first records.

He starts collecting records around 2009, always attracted by the nightlife and clubbing movement he begins to play officially in 2011 performing in various local organizations of clubs and festivals, such as Turn Off Festival, Green Tech Festival, Atlas Festival and Red Bull Academy still a minor and at the Cocoon Party with Markus Fix and Dorian Paic.

Since 2015 he has become resident of the Plàstic party at the Deposito Pontecorvo (Pisa) where he performs opening up to artists such as Jerome Hill, Lucretio (Analogue Cops), The Hacker and many others.
Thanks to these experiences he was able to grow and develop his own musical appeal ranging from House to Techno with the Breakbeat influences of the 90s and 00s.

His main influences at the moment are varied and range a lot, but surely the artists who influence and have influenced him are Jerome Hill, Luca Lozano, Francesco Del Garda and Nicolas Lutz.

Eugenio Baldacci, resident DJ of the Plàstic project at Deposito Pontecorvo, sound engineer and music producer, together with Lorenzo Magnozzi, DJ, sound designer and label boss of Introspection Recordings, have joined since 2020 under the name of Solid State Bass their back to back front at the turntables and inside the recording studio.

Entoniu & Agape are two longtime friends living in Milan born in '83 and '86 who released music on Introspection Recordings during the minimal period of the second decade of 2000.
Cosmjn's remix of their track La Familia was played by Herodot at Sunwaves Festival in 2017 and they repeatedly hit the charts with their three released EPs.

After his latest release Hypnagogic in 2017, he breaks the silence with his new La Musique EP. 
This EP represents his deep and melancholy sound, Borderless is the intro track that warms the listener, When We Love is "instant classic", on this he reiterates his skill in mixing his classic sonorous timbre to the rhythm of broken techno, La Musique is the track that gives the EP its name, almost 9 minutes of acid techno in 4/4 time with the voice of the most famous bagpipe in European clubbing speaking in french.  Caligula interprets a poem from I Fiori del Male by Charles Baudelaire, all surrounded by a melancholic and immersive melody. 
BCFHBH returns to release on Introspection after Kin and Nur released on vinyl in the limited series with a remix of La Musique that is his trademark, unpredictability and madness, pure Industrial Techno.  Remember Us is last but not least another timeless track with a broken rhythm.

Since 2016 he has also released music on Lapsus Music, Plus Beat Recordings, Bunker Record, Optikal, 3-4-1 Cuts, Locked-in Records and Wats Records. Great friend and our collaborator Stefano has been working on these two gems for the dancefloor Movimento Lento and Ride for almost three years which can finally be shared.
Movimento Lento is a techno ballad with synths and very melancholy and deep chords accompanied by intertwined bass lines.
Ride is a track in 4/4 for peak-times, very harmonious techno with a straight and decisive bassline where industrial and sci-fi sounds move above.

Since 2015 he has been present in historic clubs and festivals such as Tenax (Room 2), Tinì Soundgarden, Mind Club, Dandy Club, Love Sunday Festival, Beat Festival and playing in iconic events such as Buongiorno Classic.

DJ and artist who moves from the ancient roots of house music and those classic sounds to all the modern nuances with some progressive and minimal touches.
His musical style on the console as well as in the recording studio is very versatile and knows how to adapt to any context while always maintaining its line, from very slow and deep rhythms to very fast and contagious grooves with killer bass lines on which they overlap vocal iterations with smooth, hypnotic melodies and sharp drum hits.

Introspection Recordings is proud to present Claudio Sacchelli. Born in July 1991 in Livorno (Italy), start grow his passion for electronic music in 2006 listening Claudio Coccoluto C.O.C.C.O. at the radio. Deeply and emotionally influenced by that, Claudio buy his first turntable dedicated for vinyl listening.
His first performances starts thanks to some friends around him, Aria Confezionata name of the crew where he become one of the resident dj.
Late 2012 Claudio moves to London in which he continues his music research. Here, thanks to mutual friends, know guys key to his ideas, where confrontation and exchange of ideas they will improve the level of producer. Together they started to organize the first party to share their passion.
In 2015 Claudio becomes one of the resident DJ of the "Giggles In the Dark" for party organized by Dan at the Club in 1001 on Sunday.
Claudio Sacchelli performed in clubs like: Tramonto (IT), Canniccia (IT), Primo (IT), Paparazzi (IT), Trafik (UK), Café 1001 (UK).
Ready for his first release on Introspection Recordings, Claudio wants to make it’s voice heard in the world of clubbing with this brilliant Ep between house and micro house music.

Introspection Recordings is proud to present Luciano Garofalo, great italian Dj and Producer born in 1981 that comes from labels like Diferit Records, Plus Beat Recordings, Frole Records, Old Future Music, Four Fingers Hand, Crossworld Records and WAX Underground. He began his adventure in 1997, thanks to his childhood passion for soulful and deep music and the masters at work. At 14 years old he bought his first vinyl decks to performing at parties with friends in his garage. One year later he became resident DJ of a club in Caserta, and started several club nights in many nearby towns. Always in love with vinyls,and assiduous listener of the American sound of Chicago,he is influenced by the productions of Frankie Knuckles, Marshall Jefferson, the MAW, Todd Terry, kerry chandler, bobby and steve.

They'rejust a few names that inspired him.In 2004 during a journey of pleasure in the U.K in search of exclusive vinyls,he found a store in soho with some vinyls that litterally astonished him because of the background music.Returned home impressed by this new sound he began to offer his music in all the clubs in his city. In November 2006,the boy from Naples started his new journey in the first collaborations in the region.
So he started the first high level Dancefloor nights experiences with promoters from the whole Campania,and the first nights with important guest artists form all over the world. He immediately received Great and positive feedbacks from both the head-works and the public,and a great unique style from his eclectic yet Tutt today. Fascinated by these innovative sound in 2009 decided to approach the world of production, the desire to express his ideas and to emerge into the world of clubbing.They went out on his firsts digital release various remix.

Now assiduously present in European and Italian scene,his works are supported by djs like chez damier, demetrio giannice, claud Vonstroke, mirco violates gianni Saturday, Gilles Roy , andy Kohlmann, dirty channels, oliver shories, kerry chandler, and many others.

Recently he started a very strong collaboration with the Gasoline Records,an indipendent label from Milan, safaris, four fingers hand and old music.Also he is going to start a future project with this much class label Neapolitan ricercata.

This path gave Luciano a lot of satisfactions,thanks to his humility that suggests a future full of other challenges and rewards.

#INTR023 EUGENIO BALDACCI "HYPNAGOGIC" EP incl.BCFHBH meets TIKI REMIX

Introspection Recordings is proud to present his new limited 300 copies series. 
A four-track EP that practically oozes class, the debut offering from Italian label Introspection is nothing if not an auspicious one. Featuring four tracks from an evidently shrewdly chosen bunch of artists, Introspection001 takes on numerous different styles and sounds, with the end result one that’s thoroughly uncompromising and always engaging throughout. Featuring the work of four Italian producers; E-dward!, Matthew Redden, Lorenzo Magnozzi and BCFHBH, it’s a release that dazzles from start to finish. 

We get going courtesy of Edoardo Scarpellini aka E-dward!’s ‘Got It’. A firm fixture in discerning Italian circles, as a DJ he has played in practically all of his country’s foremost nightspots, not least Cocoricò in Riccione, Spazio 900 in Roma as well as Tenax and Fortezza da Basso in Florence. Equally renowned as a producer, his sounds have brought him to a wide range of respected outlets, including Bosconi, Stardub and Apparel Music. A minimal track that’s but a sum of a few parts, Scarpellini’s contribution here is a dubby, weighty, emotional cut that’s high on intensity throughout.

Next up is Matteo Salvadorini aka Matthew Redden. A native of Livorno, Redden’s contribution here, the whimsical, curious strands of ‘Melancholic Probe In A Sad Space’ serves up a very different sound to what’s come before. A nimble, microhouse-inspired cut that’s both happy and sad while serving up a host of introspective vibes, Redden’s contribution here is truly a joy to behold. 

The B side kicks off courtesy of label owner Lorenzo Magnozzi and his track, the wonderful ‘Acid Morning (Space Time)’. Another track on display here that’s been suitably named, it’s teeming with peak-time prowess, with its sporadic vocal stabs only adding to the sense of drama. A considerable move into a different sound sphere, it signals the EP’s intentions with some prowess. Supported by a host of respected names such as Ricardo Villalobos, Dana Ruh, Raresh, Tobi Neumann and Nastia, his is a sound that defines categorisation but one that always follows a discerning script. 

Born in Huntingdon in the UK but raised in Pisa, BCFHBH started his musical journey at the age of 11, meddling with his parent’s vinyl collection, a move that would ultimately inspire a life-long love affair with all things electronic music. His deep house flavoured track, ‘Kin’ is a wonderfully deep number that harks back to the days when deep truly did mean deep. A classy, sophisticated and wonderfully restrained track, it signs off the release in some style.

INTRLTD#001 - VARIOUS ARTISTS 12"

Introspection Recordings invites into their already alluring world of deep and stripped back house for a second look, this time with a four track VA release featuring E-dward!, Mennie, Lorenzo Magnozzi and BCFHBH.

Close Your Eyes from E-dward is a superbly smooth and seductive deep house track with supple drums overlaid with lush, puddle-like pads that are filled with warmth and colour. Mennie picks up the pace with the twisted synths and molten acid gurgles of Haumea, which is a driest but delicious house cut for the heads.

Lorenzo Magnozzi opens up the flip-side with a more peak time track thanks to its edgy stabs and militant hi hat and drum combo. This one is filled with astral drama and sci-fi tension of the highest order. BCFHBH closes out this standout EP with Nur Mix, a freaky minimal groove for the after party that will burrow deep into your brain synapses.
