As co-founder of the label and collective DE RIO, and with a background as a multi-instrumentalist and bandleader, he has been influential in the local underground scene since 2016. Releasing music across various labels since 2021, TOMO’s style transcends genres, blending fast-paced atmospheres, deep hypnotic techno, IDM, glitch minimalism, post-tribe, and organic textures.
