My reply iz, when I started doing radio in tha 80'z, tha focus wasn't on myself... it wuz on thiz muzik & thee artist out of Chicago who wuz creating it, &  nobody knew about it unless you were from Chicago... Let alone tha State of Florida.
 I thank my infamous cousin who lived in Chicago... He'z tha 1 that gave me that 1st tape of Farley "JackMaster" Funk & Mickey "Mixin" Oliver that lit me up on FI-YAHHH!!! No lookin' back after that. I had 2 hustle with thee Club owner'z around tha world & record label'z with my vision... from there, tha muzik, tape'z, record'z, started 2 overflow with FULL support. Kinda like Pete Tong'z Essential Mix Radio Show in tha U.K... but I wuz doing it b4 him, same with tha Boiler Room deal, I wuz doing that at my private partiez.
1nce again, it wuz putting tha spot light on those creating tha muzik where my happiness wuz & still iz... but with all thiz knowledge, not from reading or watching documentaries... but actually living it az it happened...
