As part of a collaboration between R 303 Radio and rural, a program centered on artists appearing at rural 2025 will be broadcast before and after the festival. Artists who are active on the world stage and are sure to deliver unique performances at the festival will reveal a different side of themselves from the R 303 Radio studio. Featuring Ginger Coven, as well as Erika and Resom performing under the name Showgawin, along with various other artists, this special performance promises to be an unforgettable experience.

For the July edition of the monthly "Peach Please" show, host Riin invited her dear friends David @djblech and David @lohrkraut for a special two-hour back-to-back-to-back session. United by their shared love of trippy, dubby, and industrial sounds, the trio came together under the name "Glitter of Dope"—a nod to the 1996 track by Freaky Chakra.

Expect a wild ride through warped rhythms, deep textures, and improvised transitions. Freaky tunes await.

For Mix 23 we welcome the talented Ebende, a DJ and producer from Sweden. His unique sound fuses bass-driven beats with immersive, hazy atmospheres and soundscapes. Raised in a musical family, his early exposure to a wide range of sounds shaped his intuitive understanding of melody, rhythm, and texture. His passion for making music quickly developed, and he found his voice in blending the familiar with the abstract. He has released on Aniara Recordings, All My Thoughts, ARKAJO & DSSPR to name a few as well as several self-released records that reflect his restless creativity.Ever since his fresh release on Aniara Records and witnessing his incredible late afternoon set at Above Below festival in 2024 I had to have him join the Cozi community! His style is effortlessly groovy which is so surprise in this mix where he creates a flow and energy like no other.... 

Cozi Questions......

1. How and why did you get into producing / dj’ing?
Initially I’d say my dad got me into producing since he introduced me to logic & garage band when I was 5-6 years old so I’ve been playing around with it for a very long time. I’ve been into electronic music for a long time too but what really got me into weirder, more underground dance music was going to raves and open airs around Gothenburg as a teenager which inspired me to start producing that type of music. It then felt natural to start DJing aswell.

2. Who, What/where was your most coziest gig you've been to or experienced and why?
Definitely my first ever gig at Øen in Copenhagen in 2017. It’s a super small & cozy venue. The people & vibe was something else, I had such a great time playing there.
 
3. Do you consider yourself an introvert or extrovert in the scene?
Definitely an introvert haha. Although I love connecting with people through music I find it very draining to be social, so networking is a huge challenge for me. I prefer to stay at home and just make music in solitude which is what I do most of the time. I really have to make an effort to not isolate too much.


4. If you had to choose 1 track to vibe out too forever, what would it be?
Boards of Canada - Seven Forty Seven.

5. What is your routine when preparing for a gig / production/writing session? Do you have any special remedies/ mental/physical prep/ places to go to? :)
I’m always trying to find new stuff to play, then I just play around in rekordbox for a bit to see what works and what I can do with what I have but I never plan out exactly what I’m gonna play. When it comes to production I just try to play around with some sounds every day. When I’m stuck working on a track & need inspiration I go for long walks around Gothenburg, I get a lot of inspiration from the atmosphere & nature here.

Kamran Sadeghi is a composer, record producer, interdisciplinary artist, and curator based in New York City. His work incorporates sound art, multi-channel composition, architecture, moving image, modular synthesis, and field recordings. This layered practice explores the intersection of interior and exterior worlds—physical, cultural, and psychological. He has collaborated with Zimoun, Patti Smith, Ellen Allien, Nan Goldin, and Matthew Herbert, with solo and collaborative presentations at CTM Festival, The Louvre, Berghain, Centre Pompidou, and Volksbühne.
