Tin Man and AAAA summon the ethereal spirit of acid. Tin Man, AKA Johannes Auvinen, has been studying the emotional potential of the Roland TB-303 for 15 years now, and AAAA (Gabo Barranco), a fixture of the Mexico City underground, might as well be his acolyte. While the coincidental similarities of their studio and live approaches make this collaboration feel natural, even expected. This recording was taken from the underground party EXT. in Mexico City, a reference for the true rave in this city with its guerrilla communications and the use of unusual abandoned spaces as scenery as an alternative to the usual common club spaces.

Marco Shuttle has been a hugely prominent figure in the Italian techno scene over the last decade. He pushes an abstract, hypnotic sound that often draws close comparisons with the legendary @donato-dozzy. He’s released sublime records on Dozzy and Neel’s label @spaziodisponibile, @thebunkerny and his own fantastic Eerie imprint, who have just released a remix package of his classic ‘Vox Attitude’ featuring @atom_tm and @pessimist. Lennart Wiehe is a young German DJ, producer, and curator, shaping the sound and feel of some of the scene's finest institutions.

After moving to Groningen, The Netherlands at age nineteen, Lennart Wiehe became one of the early residents at acclaimed OOST (@komoost), where he invited progressive line-ups to his nights and thus helped shape the club's signature sound. Following an invitation of Marcel Dettmann (@marceldettmann), Wiehe was one of the youngest to have played both Berghain and Panorama Bar (@berghain) and relocated to Berlin. In 2021, he started a residency at Weltspiele (@weltspiele-club) in Hanover, once again granting the opportunity to curate his own forward-thinking nights.

In both production and curation, Wiehe stands in opposition to the trending race for the harder and faster by drawing towards intimacy, warmth and roughness in sound. Following this approach whilst avoiding stereotypes and the obvious, he stoically flips over genre-boundaries, and effortlessly combines techno, house, electro, IDM, pop, and more into a grooving whole. 

In 2022, Wiehe released his widely applauded debut EP 'Amb-Kombat' on the legendary Delsin (@delsinrecords) imprint. The record's four tracks merge tribal polyrhythms, techno futurism, and crisp, melodic bodies into one. Following up on this, in 2023, Wiehe launched his new label Kuratorium (@kuratorium) with his EP ‘Kontaktsport’, including a collaboration with .VRIL (@vril_01).
