„Periferia“ is a collection of soundscape sequences, processing these themes, emotions & memories. The resulting sonic ambience is embellished with samples and drum patterns inspired by genres like idm, dancehall, trip-hop, breakcore and jungle, albeit merged and re-contextualised.

Dino Sabatini is recognized as the inciter of Italian techno scene and main character of labels such as: Elettronica Romana – Prologue – Strooscopic Artefacts – Sonic Groove -
Also known as part of the duo Modern Heads, 2006/2007 he released may sussessful Eps: “Paper Toys ”, “Ordinary Madness” and “Gliding ” are just a few pearls of a style which is now one the most followed and have been inspiring many artists from the international techno scene. His solo productions mark the birth of a new techno concept that leaves no room for labels or definitions. The continual search for new soundscapes and    complex rhythms followed by hypnotic sequences and harmonic twists make Dino Sabatini unique in his way of making techno.
The double EP “Daughter of Phorcys” on Prologue spread strong signal immediately catched by the best techno clubs and dj’s worldwide. Coming to now days Dino Sabatini’ last a constant seek for new musical boundaries led him to create his own label Outis in order to express other artistic tensions and needs. Outis’ first release “Modulated Waves EP”  collecting complete consensus among the international techno scene. 
During Autumn 2012 and after a whole year of research “Shaman’s Path”, his first concept album, has come to life on the label he was kicking off,  Prologue.
“Shaman’s Path” could be considered in every aspect a work that goes beyond the classical canons of  techno and is also the confirmation of an artist who has no boundaries.

Having setup and established his own record label Soul People Music in 2005, he's primarily operated it as an outlet for himself but has also released tracks from the likes of Move D and Jus-Ed. Ahead of his performance in room 2 at Fabric on Saturday 23rd February we caught up with the Fred Peterkin for a short Q+A on his musical heritage, analog gear and forthcoming releases. Fred has provided a suitably deep mix, laden with hypnotic tracks from the likes of Deadbeat, Marcel Dettmann, Norman Nodge, Frozen Border, Truncate and many more. His aim is to create a warm up of his performance at Fabric.
