New month, new podcast! This time we have @dangerdangerdave on the decks, hailing straight from Berlin (party) central. Dave and I led strange parallel-lives growing up in the same place (MG-Action town), and despite great overlap in musical taste and common friends, we only connected decades later. Besides being a chief vinyl-digger of German rarities, Mr DDD is 1/3 behind @extranosjuegos, a morning radio show at @callshopradio cultivating the mellowest vibes and runs the Malibu Spacy party in Berlin.

So, what's being cooked up for today? A vinyl-only mix composed of pure nuggets, featuring 80's synth pop, early 90's adult-movie house and some (to my best knowledge) jazzed-up & italo-esque boogie, guaranteed to work well with your extended Sunday morning breakfasts or your early afternoon Chilcano. This recording is from a legendary cassette recorded by Beppe Loda in the Typhoon Club (Gambara, Italy)  in 1986. He recorded several cassettes in the Elettronica Meccanica style, which is an experimental mixing style that combines proto-industrial, early European electronic and sideways new-wave to tell the story of Beppe's experiences working in a zipper factory.
