I'm surprised to hear this pumped by Noisia.  It takes very little skill to create loops such as this, and there's nothing offered for the musical ear.

A lot of people seem to see jump up as an inferior genre, which I don't understand. Like, OK it was my introduction to DNB, but I quickly got bored of it until recently. Yet there's plenty of anthems from the genre that are essential to dnb and there's really good jump up out there, for example CV. Deadly Toys is much more complex and subtle in sound design, rhythm and drum patterns, even if they repeat. And I personally don't see CV's older neurofunk as more meaningful or better, I see it as more cluttered and less comprehensive. The elements in this record have their own sonic space with less overlap.
