My song I Walk Alone Tonight is an incredibly personal song about experiencing sexual harassment from a man I knew and trusted. For a long time, the night had been too painful to write about, but recent conversations on women's safety helped me to process what happened, inspired me to record and produce this track, and have the courage to share how I feel. 

I want to share the track as widely as possible because the topic doesn't get talked about enough and stats show 97% of young women have experienced something similar. The response I have got already for this song has been so powerful and I want to do what I can to tell other women they are not alone and shouldn't feel ashamed by what happened to them.

Despite being raised in Berkshire, I proudly identify with my heritage from the Outer Hebrides in Scotland. I think it's because I am asked constantly about my name. I was super shy growing up- music became my escape. I fell in love with songwriting when I was 11, and ever since, I have written about what is happening in my life, my friends' lives, and trying to figure out love (aren't we all??). I care that the music I produce says what women need to hear now. I also want to make music I needed to hear growing up in a world that sends such mixed messages to girls. I write, sing, record all instruments (violin, viola, piano, guitar) and produce on Logic. My sound has developed from classical training, love of country lyrics and fascination with music production software to form a cinematic sound with honest lyrics.
